Policy for Online Orders and Pickups

Due to our limited space and an abundance of online orders, we are unable to hold pickup orders for a long period of time. All online orders must be picked up within seven business days, unless pickup arrangements have been made. If items are not picked up and the store has not been contacted, all inventory will be restocked and customers will be refunded via their original payment method.

Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, our stock is constantly changing, especially during business hours. In the event that an item was purchased the same time as a customer online and one in store, the in store customer gets priority and payment will be refunded to the customer trying to place an online order.
